Stage 1: Website Proposal Request - This a group of questions regarding you and your business or industry, your likes and dislikes. It helps narrow down your goals, and is a great communicative device to assure your site will be just want you want it to be. Click here to get started. Stage 2: Proposal / Define Project Scope- Once we have reviewed your proposal request we will provide you with a proposal. Stage 3: Contract and Deposit - A signed contract and a 50% deposit are required before work can begin. Stage 4: Design Layout - We will begin to produce a layout design "mockup". Once the first mockup is completed and sent to you, we ask that you critique the "mockup" layout and provide detailed feedback on what you like and what you want changed. We will communicate back and forth in this manner until you get the layout you want. Stage 5: Configure Test Server - Watch your site being built. You will be provided a link to view your site as it is being built. After every significant change you will be notified. This will ensure that during the entire process we are on the right track, and communication levels are high. Stage 6: Content - You will provide Ultimate Web Design with all the content needed to complete the site. Website text, photos, PDFs, etc. We are here to help you develop your sites content as well! Stage 7: Testing - Now it is time to make sure that the site is functional, without errors. We will have you help us look for mistakes and proof the site on the test server. We will check for broken links, spelling errors, etc. Stage 8: Remaining Balance - The remaining balance is now due. Stage 9: Launch! - Your new site goes live. Stage 10: Final Testing - We will again check for errors. Broken links, spelling, etc. Stage 11: Website Completion Packet - You will receive a Website Completion Packet at the end of the project. This packet will include a backup disk of your site at the time of completion, instructions to access the control panel (applies to sites hosted by Ultimate Web Design, LLC), instructions to check site stats, and advice to promote your site.
